Stephanie Bell-Rose is a corporate, philanthropy and governance professional. From 2010 to 2020, she served as a senior managing director at TIAA, a Fortune 100 financial services company, where she led the firm’s thought leadership organization charged with conducting economic research and supporting organizational effectiveness of education and charitable institutions. She chaired the company’s Thought Leadership Governance Council and served on the firm’s Enterprise Leadership Group and the Management Committee of the institutional financial services division.
Prior to her appointment at TIAA, Bell-Rose was a managing director at Goldman Sachs in the office of the CEO and founding president of the Goldman Sachs Foundation for ten years, overseeing that organization’s international philanthropy initiatives. Prior to this, Bell-Rose served for eleven years as legal counsel and program officer for public affairs at the Andrew W. Mellon Foundation, where she headed the foundation’s legal office and led grant programs in education, economics and public policy in the US and abroad.

Annelle B. Primm, M.D., MPH, is the Steve Fund’s Senior Medical Director. During her career, Dr. Primm has been a physician executive at the American Psychiatric Association; a Senior Psychiatrist Adviser to Urban Behavioral Associates; a medical educator, administrator and clinician at Johns Hopkins Hospital Community Psychiatry Program; an editor of the books, Disparities in Psychiatric Care and Women in Psychiatry: Personal Perspectives; and a lecturer and video producer on the mental health of diverse and underserved populations. Well known for her leadership of community collaborations, Dr. Primm is the Convener and Chair of the All Healers Mental Health Alliance, a national network of mental health professionals, health advocates and faith community leaders that facilitates culturally tailored responses to the mental health needs of people affected by disasters.

Dr. Janet Wormack serves as the Chief Financial and Operations Officer (CFO/COO) at The Steve Fund and is a professional higher education leader and community advocate. She is dedicated to ensuring that all students are able to pursue their educational goals by providing excellent financial oversight and management, responsive customer service, and efficient and responsive campus services and programs.
With over 15 years of senior management experience in public and higher education administration, her experience includes management expertise in finance, campus facilities, financial aid, talent management and engagement, information technology support, capital improvement programs, contract negotiations, and contract management. She works tirelessly and collaboratively with all levels of the organization and values diversity. Dr. Wormack works closely with the senior leadership team, boards of trustees, and particularly the financial sustainability and audit committees, as well as external legislative and other stakeholders, and the internal college community to bring strategic focus on the mission.

Christy Lemcool is driven by a lifelong passion for social justice, seamlessly blending this commitment with her over 15 years of experience in business management, team-building, and procurement as the Business Operations Coordinator for the Steve Fund. Known for her exceptional multi-tasking skills and knack for problem-solving, Christy often humorously refers to herself as a “professional herder of cats,” highlighting her ability to manage diverse teams and projects with ease. Christy is a quick learner and an avid advocate for knowledge-sharing. She takes pride in mastering new processes and empowering her colleagues to do the same, fostering collaboration and innovation. When she’s not at her laptop,, Christy indulges her creative side through baking, and enjoys spending time with her two tween daughters. Christy is a proud graduate of Nicholls State University, where she earned her Bachelor’s in Graphic Design. Monica Ingkavet is passionate about expanding opportunities for vulnerable young people and has deep experience in the nonprofit sector, particularly in education.
She is currently Director of Programs and Partnership at The Steve Fund, working closely with non-profits, and colleges, and universities nationwide to support the mental health and well-being of young people of color.
Prior to The Steve Fund, she was Vice President at ExpandED Schools where she led the Expanded Learning initiative, a model of school-community partnership to improve school climate, student engagement, and academic achievement in underserved communities.
Before that, Monica was Program Director at the Posse Foundation, facilitating partnerships with top universities, including Vanderbilt, Rice, and DePauw, placing multicultural cohorts of students on full scholarship. Prior to that, she was Director of Summerbridge Hong Kong (international division of Breakthrough Collaborative), and Senior Trainer at Global Kids.
Monica earned her Master’s degree in Developmental Psychology from Teachers College at Columbia University. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from SUNY Stony Brook. Monica is a native Spanish speaker. She lives in Brooklyn, NY with her husband and son who studies at Brown.

Raised in Utah, Viviana has been a dedicated advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion with a rich background in community engagement spanning higher education, nonprofits, and municipal government. A graduate of Westminster College in Salt Lake City with a Master’s in Community Leadership. Viviana’s role at the Steve Fund involves the Equity in Mental Health on Campus initiative, where she will support higher education institutions in developing and implementing strategies to enhance the mental health and wellbeing of students of color. When she’s not championing equity and inclusion, Viviana enjoys gardening—though she’s yet to master growing strawberries, she can cultivate an impressive array of cucumber varieties faster than you can say “cucumber.”
